I was very excited to volunteer today...the first time of many! Today Kaylee's class walked the neighborhood around the school...each group had a list of things they were looking for. Myself, another mom and 4 kids were counting how many stories each house was on our street! Pretty simple and fun...the kids loved it and it was a beautiful day for a little walk! After words we all met back in class and put our data on a chart! Then the kids drew houses and decorated them...Kaylee's was super cute and Mrs. Freeman loved that she added extra detail than what was ask! That's my girl!
Kaylee was fantastic and thankfully was great when it was time for mommy to leave! Yaay!
Gosh I've waited so long for these moments.....I'm loving it! Can't wait for more to come!
