Richie Woods Adventures

The last 1st grade field trip...crazy our little girl is almost done with 1st grade!
Today I spent a fun and fantasic day at Richie Woods Nature Preserve with some great 1st grade kids! It was a blast and couldn't have been a better end of the year trip for Kaylee....she got to do everything she loves....explore nature!

We bird watched, learned about nature and the animals, hiked a little in the mud and then got nets to explore the waters of the swampy area of the park! Super fun....we found tadpoles salamander/frogs, couple toads, fresh water shrimp and other things!

Easter Dinner

We had a great great Easter...the kids had a great day!
We had family over for dinner, play and just relaxing!! Dinner was awesome..so much great food from everyone and the desserts WOW!
So blessed by the family we have....I love making all these wonderful memories

Bike Riding

Kyle wore his helmet for the first time today for a bike ride...its awesome that he can go in the behind seat now!! YAAAY

Too cute...he may not look happy but he really liked it! :)




Last weekend he let sissy but it on just to play around in...he has to be like his sis!

Easter Basket fun!

Our guy is ALL Toddler now!

WOW has our boy just grown....over the past few weeks he has just blossomed in vocab and smarts! hehehe
He is saying about everything now...putting sentences together, singing songs he hears, put all the ABC's together and counting with us! He is so polite even when being rotten! hehehe Always says thank you, sorry and peeze!

He tells us -
I wove you
I need you
Hold me
I go outside pleeze
I eat pleeze
I sleep good...good morning

And the list just goes on and on

The other day I had hot tea, told him don't touch its hot! Then he says "it hot mama, it'll burn me" just out of no where he knew it would burn him...we rarely are around hot things and tell him that! Such a cute smartie!!!

Spring Break 2014

Kaylee had great spring break this year! Our first 2wk spring break...we totally lucked out and had pretty good weather!
We didn't go anywhere but rarely had a dull moment...the pics tell it all!! What a great 2wks off with our gal!
